It seems that we are not alone in our fight. It seems that being a Phile, whether you are in Israel, or in any other part of the world, you belong to this one big community, and the fight of Philes in one country is received with great understanding and support by fellow Philes elsewhere. Hence, such lovely support letters.

The following letter was written by Claire Schooler. We truly appreciate this letter. It means a lot to us here. Perhaps Telad will understand what sort of a community Philes have.

I would like to thank RoniB for bringing this letter to my attention, and for asking Claire if we could post it on the protest site.

As an American who has seen the entire Season 6 (with the exception of
"Terms of Endearment," which I pretty much boycotted) and is saddled
with reruns until November,  I am tremendously sympathetic toward the
Israeli philes that you have to wait so long to see what is, in my
opinion, the cream of this season's crop ? sadly, some of the season's
best episodes were toward (and including) the Season Finale.  On a more
optimistic note, perhaps by the time Israeli television broadcasts the
Season Finale, it will be that much closer to the broadcast of the
premiere of Season 7, thus relieving you of the agony I, among other
viewers, have to suffer ? waiting a good five to six months to see how
the Season 6 cliffhangers will be resolved.  (Unless, of course, you
enjoy being left in suspense...)  Again, my extreme sympathies.
